Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays). Delivery timelines typically range between 3–5 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery to Chennai may be fulfilled within 48 hours.
  • We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other external factors.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Intellectual Property

All content on toniq.in, including text, images, logos, designs, product data, videos, and software, is the intellectual property of Toniq Retail Brands or its licensors.

  • You may access and use the site for personal, non-commercial use only.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Please refer to our Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy for full details. Key highlights include:

  • 7-day return window for unused, unworn items with tags and original packaging.
  • No returns on beach hats, nose pins, masks, hair accessories, and final sale items.
  • Returns for damaged or incorrect products must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery with video and image proof.
  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but return can be requested post-delivery.

Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes and offers are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice. Discounts cannot be clubbed unless explicitly stated.
