Dispatch & Order Processing
- All orders are shipped from our central warehouse located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons, sale periods, or product launches, dispatch may take up to 48-72 hours due to high order volumes.
Shipping Coverage
We ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes via trusted courier partners. If your location is non-serviceable, you will be notified at the time of checkout.

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999:
- Prepaid Orders: Flat ₹69 shipping fee
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹69 shipping + ₹50 COD handling charge
- Shipping is free on your first order and on birthday orders as part of our special perks (if applicable during active promotions).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer COD service on eligible orders up to ₹1,999 Conditions:
- COD is available only at select serviceable pin codes.
- A convenience fee of ₹50 is applicable on all COD orders.
- Orders below ₹799 are not eligible for COD. We encourage prepaid payment for faster processing and delivery.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking link and courier details will be shared via email and/or SMS.
- You can also track your order directly from the ‘Track My Order’ section on our website.
Delayed / Missed Deliveries
In case of a delay or failed delivery attempt:
- Our courier partner will retry the delivery up to 2 more times.
- If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse and the order may be canceled.
- For any delivery-related concerns, you can write to us at care@toniqretail.com with your order number.
Tampered or Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered with, broken, or unsealed:
- Do not accept the parcel.
- Take a photo of the outer package and notify us immediately at care@toniqretail.com with your order number and images.
- If the parcel has already been accepted and the product inside is damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Undeliverable Locations
If your shipping address is in an area not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to offer:
- An alternative delivery address, or
- A full refund (if payment was made online)
