Toniq Retail Brands offers a hassle-free 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn products with tags intact. Whether you need to return, exchange, or cancel your order, our team will ensure your experience is smooth.
1. Return Policy
Can I return a piece?
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Products
- Due to hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned:
- Beach Hats
- Nose Pins
- Masks
- Hair Accessories
- Products marked as Final Sale, Gift Cards, or bought during promotional events are non-returnable.
Damaged/Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at care@toniqretail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A video of the unboxing
- Clear images of the damaged product
Return Refusals
Returns may be refused if:
- The product shows signs of wear or damage
- Tags are missing
- Packaging is tampered

Approval & Pickup
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours and schedule a free return pickup within 5–7 business days. -
Pack Your Product
Ensure the product is packed in its original box with tags and invoice. -
Quality Check & Refund
Once received, our QC team will inspect the item within 48–72 hours. Upon approval, your refund will be processed.
2. Refund Policy
Payment Method
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be made via NEFT or the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be processed via Store Credit or NEFT (bank details required).
Refund Timeline
Refunds take 7–12 business days to reflect in your account.
Reverse Shipping Fee
No reverse shipping charges apply if the return is initiated within the eligible period.
3. Exchange Policy
Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn products with tags intact.
Exchange Process
Follow the same process as returns by emailing care@toniqretail.com.
Product Availability
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Price Difference
- If the new item costs more, the difference must be paid via an online payment link.
- If it costs less, the balance will be refunded as Store Credit.
4. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled by emailing care@toniqretail.com before dispatch. A full refund will be processed.
After Shipment
If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return once it is delivered.
5. Additional Guidelines
Product Bundles & Sets
If your item is part of a set or promotional offer, the entire set must be returned.
Return Refusal Rights
Toniq Retail Brands reserves the right to deny a return if return conditions are not met.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my order take to dispatch?
- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
- Delivery takes 3–4 days, depending on your pin code.
- For Chennai, delivery is usually within 48 hours.
- Processing hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM IST.
What if my order arrives damaged or tampered?
- If the package appears tampered with or unsealed, do not accept the package.
- Email us a photo of the package immediately at care@toniqretail.com.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available with the following conditions:
- All cart items must be COD-eligible.
- A ₹100 convenience fee is applicable for orders below ₹499.
- The delivery pin code must be serviceable; otherwise, use an online payment method.
When am I eligible for free shipping?
- Free shipping is available for orders ₹999 and above.
- Also offered on your first order and as a birthday treat.
Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹999: Free shipping
- Orders below ₹999: A ₹69 convenience fee is applied.
