Do I have to register to shop at Toniq Retail Brands Pvt. Ltd.?
No, registration is not mandatory to shop with us but we do recommend it. discount- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and shipping details on your email. Once you register you are eligible to free goodies like free shipping on your first order and a 10% However, we recommend registering to enjoy benefits such as order tracking, access to offers, discounts, and exclusive promotional credits.

How do I register?
You can register by clicking on the “Register” link on our website. Once registered, you will receive a welcome voucher for your first purchase. You'll also receive timely updates on new launches, offers, and promotions from Toniq Retail Brands Pvt. Ltd.

Do I need to provide my Email and Phone Number to register?
Yes. Providing your email and phone number helps us ensure secure and smooth shopping and communication.

Is my personal information secure with Toniq Retail Brands Pvt. Ltd.?

Are there any charges for registration?
No, registering with us is completely free of charge.

Will my registration expire at any point in time?
No, once registered, your account remains active indefinitely.

Yes, you can update your personal details anytime through the “My Account” section.

 

How do I place an Order

  • Browse the product(s) of your choice.
  • Select the preferred color  (if applicable) and click Add to Cart.
  • Click the Cart icon at the top to review your selected items.
  • Click Checkout, log in or register (if you're a new customer), and enter your shipping details.
  • On the payment page, apply any coupon code (if applicable) and choose your preferred payment method — either Cash on Delivery (COD) or Online Payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking).
  • Click Complete Order to finalize your purchase.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox with order details. COD customers will also receive a link to confirm their order.

If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. For any confusion, our support team is always happy to help.

 

I am unable to place an order online. What should I do?

ORDER, MERCHANDISE & PAYMENTS

How can I make a payment?
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, Rupay, Diner etc.), Net Banking, UPI and Cash on Delivery.

Is it safe to make payments online?
Absolutely. We do not store any payment information. If you suspect any misuse, please report it to your bank immediately.

What if the product goes out of stock after I add it to my cart?
If a product becomes unavailable during the shopping process, you will be notified immediately, and it won’t be added to your cart.

Is there a limit to the quantity I can order?
There’s no order limit. For large or bulk orders, we may contact you for verification to ensure the order is genuine.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be fully or partially cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact customer support with your order details to process the cancellation.

What if my card is charged but the order wasn’t placed successfully?
If your account has been debited, the amount will usually be refunded by your bank within 7 business days. Please contact your bank for clarification. If needed, reach out to us for support.

What should I do if my payment fails?
Ensure that:

  • All details entered are correct.
  • Your internet connection is stable.
    If your account is debited despite the failure, the amount will usually be reversed within 7 business days. Contact us if further assistance is needed.

 

SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you ship internationally?
No, we don’t ship internationally          

Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver throughout India. If courier services are not available in a particular location, we may use India Post (only for prepaid orders).

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Yes, you can modify your shipping address before the order is billed or shipped by contacting customer support.

What is the delivery timeline?

  • Metros & Tier 1 cities: 2–5 working days
  • Tier 2/3 cities & Rural areas: 4–7 working days

What should I do if I receive a wrong product?
In the rare event of a wrong shipment, please notify customer support within 24 hours of delivery with a video of opening the box.  For more information, refer to our Returns Policy.

What if my order is delivered in a damaged condition?
If your package appears tampered or damaged, please do not accept it and provide us with pictures from all sides and video.  Return it to the delivery personnel with all original packaging, and contact our customer support team immediately.

I live abroad but want the product delivered in India. Is it possible?
Yes, we can deliver to any Indian address. Kindly ensure you provide the full shipping details and a reachable local contact number. For hotel addresses, a working local number is mandatory.
