product that’s unmatched, Sonali is the creative heartbeat of Toniq. She
leads everything from design to buying, product development to aesthetic
direction — ensuring every TRB piece feels fashion-forward, wearable,
and personal.
Before starting TRB, Sonali started her career in Dubai’s, heading marketing
and business development for Splash Fashions part of the Landmark Group.
Working on design and brand positioning for a large-scale fashion retail operation, she mastered the art of combining mass appeal with aesthetic edge — a philosophy that still powers everything TRB does today.
Today, she drives all TRB product and business development with the same
energy and global inspiration, local understanding, detailed obsession and
passion that shows up in every piece.
She’s intuitive, focused, and fiercely stylish — and she leads with
quiet confidence.

He leads retail operations, team management, sales performance, and on-
ground execution across the company's 156+ retail points in India.
Sohel brings global experience to his role, having led operations and business
development for UK high street fashion brand New Look across the Middle
East — from Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. That experience in scaling stores,
optimizing teams, and expanding into new markets gave him the tools to
turn vision into velocity.
At TRB, he works directly with our sales champs, regional leaders, and retail
partners to build not just a network — but a culture of performance, passion,
and pride. He’s hands-on, team-first, and laser-focused on scale, this brother-
sister have turned a dream into a much loved and trusted accessories company
that reaches lacs Indian consumers every year.From Dubai boardrooms to a
garage in Chennai,With passion for creating an incredible fashion accessories
retail company in India, 45 years combined retail experience, deep retail
knowledge, and an unshakeable love for style and scale, Sonali and Sohel are
together building TRB.
