Shipping & Delivery Policy

At toniQ accessories we value your time & money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that you receive your purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies such as Fedex, BlueDart and Delivery.

Delivery Timeline:

  • While the delivery timeline will depend upon your delivery address, a good range to keep in mind would be 2-5 days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 2-3 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 3-5 working days.

Cash On Delivery Policy

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

  • To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D or we suggest two separate orders are placed  for COD and non COD products to ensure you get your best loved styles
  • Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
  • Please do not open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
  • If the box is open, damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the order.

Shipping Fee

  • Free shipping on cart value of Rs 999 or above. Alternately, flat Rs 50 will be charged and automatically added on as SHIPPING FEE if the cart value is less than Rs 1000.  Any purchases above 999/- are absolutely free.


We are happy to offer a 15-day return policy (with store credit/exchange only) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. The only exception is for personalized items, Mother’s day , Rakhi, Free Gifts, or SALE items – these items are FINAL SALE ONLY.

  • The whole order amount will be refunded ( if prepaid) if the order is cancelled (within 24 hours of placing the order), lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can call our customer care or mail us at [email protected] your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  2. Email us at [email protected] with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.
